ARC Raiders Patch Notes 1.18.0: Balancing the Game & Fixing Exploits (2026)

Attention, ARC Raiders! We've got some exciting news and a fresh batch of patch notes to dive into. The game-changing update is live, and it's time to dive back in!

First up, we've addressed an exploit that let players stash weapons in safe pockets without the Safekeeper Augment. No more sneaky moves! We've also fixed an issue with the Snaphook, ensuring it stays where it belongs.

But here's where it gets controversial... We've made some adjustments to the drop rates in First Wave Caches on the Hurricane map. Rare blueprints are now slightly less common, but the good news is, you'll find more high-tier materials in their place. Our goal? To strike a balance and ensure an exciting, rewarding experience for all.

Dev note: We noticed players were nailing those First Wave Caches, so we wanted to mix things up a bit. Now, you might not see as many blueprints, but the materials you do find will be top-notch. Caches remain a great source for blueprints, just not a guaranteed haul every time.

Next, we've applied a critical fix to the Dam Controlled Access Zone. Performance drops caused by some ARC have also been addressed, ensuring a smoother ride. Additionally, we've resolved an issue with the quest "Worth Your Salt" - no more incomplete quests if someone else beats you to it!

And this is the part most people miss: we've fixed a rare but frustrating crash when accessing the Player Proximity menu. No more unexpected exits!

So, what do you think, Raiders? Are these changes a step in the right direction? We'd love to hear your thoughts and experiences with the new update. Don't be shy - share your feedback and let's keep the discussion going!
